A Team’s First Modular Design Project

This case study illustrates my normal process of collaborating closely with team members at every stage of the process. It also shows how, not being able to conduct primary user research, I built upon marketing research and used quantitative research to help the project team understand what website users needed. Finally, unique to this project is how I shepherded the team through its first responsive modular design project while endeavoring to solve unnecessarily complex navigation problems resulting from a legacy print layout-centered agency approach.
